Challenge
With nearly 100,000 claims managed each year and a volume of 300,000 inbound and outbound flowsAssurfin Groupe sought to streamline the processing of its requests and reduce the operational burden on its teams.
The goal was to automate as many workflows as possible to relieve staff of low-value-added tasks, while integrating the solution directly into the tools and processes already used by the teams.
Managing emails and attachments, and linking them to the correct files, notably required numerous manual operations.
Why Miralia?
Assurfin Group was looking for more than just technology: the group sought long-term support from the initial scoping phase through to the operational (RUN) stage in order to build a solution truly tailored to its teams' needs.
The choice of Miralia is based in particular on four criteria highlighted in the project: performance, explainability, frugality, and sovereignty.
This collaboration is also built on shared values ethics, trust, performance, and frugality as well as clearly identified use cases and strong involvement from the teams at both companies.

Solution
Miralia was deployed within Assurfin Group’s Claims Business Unit and integrated directly into its operational environment, featuring connectivity with Outlook and the Acturis ERP.
The solution operates at several stages of the data flow processing:
- Prioritizing emails based on sender type: experts, companies, local authorities, etc.
- Analysis of incoming messages and their attachments
- Extraction of relevant information
- Automatic uploading of emails and attachments to the correct Acturis folders
- Automatic creation of activities in the business application
A concrete use case: check processing
Before Miralia, staff had to process received cheques manually: after being scanned, each cheque arrived as an email attachment. Teams then had to retrieve each attachment, identify the corresponding file in Acturis, and manually upload the document.
With Miralia, once the cheque is digitized, the attachment is automatically linked and uploaded to the correct Acturis folder, eliminating these various manual steps.
“
The further we progress with the project, the more we do things we hadn't imagined at the start.
