Aujourd\u2019hui beaucoup d\u2019entreprises demandent des justificatifs pour ouvrir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un service ou \u00e0 des droits (telecom, FAI, assurance, cr\u00e9dit, CNAM, p\u00f4le emploi\u2026).&nbsp;<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/entreprise\/analyse-documents-ia-kyc\/\">L\u2019analyse de ces documents<\/a> ralentit consid\u00e9rablement le processus d\u2019ouverture d\u2019acc\u00e8s et impacte n\u00e9gativement les KPI onboarding de la relation client. Comment acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9lai d\u2019ouverture d\u2019acc\u00e8s tout en restant conforme \u00e0 des normes et des processus de plus en plus contraignants ?&nbsp;<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le cycle de la donn\u00e9e contenue dans les justificatifs&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les interactions<\/strong> avec les clients sont tr\u00e8s majoritairement compos\u00e9es de <strong>donn\u00e9es non structur\u00e9es<\/strong>: messages, conversations t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, chat, r\u00e9seaux sociaux et documents justificatifs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du eKYC (KYC digital), les valeurs des champs de formulaires saisis en ligne par les clients sont directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le CRM. Pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/entreprise\/ia-analyse-pieces-jointes\/\"><strong>pi\u00e8ces jointes<\/strong><\/a>, un <strong>op\u00e9rateur humain<\/strong> va devoir ouvrir le document et saisir les informations dans le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information. Dans le meilleur des cas, un OCR pourra automatiquement extraire des donn\u00e9es simples et les injecter sans aucun traitement et sans aucun check de conformit\u00e9 et de coh\u00e9rence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante repose \u00e9galement sur un op\u00e9rateur humain qui va <strong>v\u00e9rifier la coh\u00e9rence<\/strong> des justificatifs fournis. Il pourra par exemple v\u00e9rifier que le \u201cnet imposable\u201d d\u2019un bulletin de paie correspond bien avec les charges salariales. Il v\u00e9rifiera \u00e9galement que les adresses correspondent bien entre les documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps de traitement, m\u00eame avec un OCR est difficilement compressible. On peut partiellement automatiser l\u2019extraction de donn\u00e9es avec un OCR sur des documents structur\u00e9s (formulaire Cerfa ou documents officiels).
