En effet, bien utilis\u00e9e elle am\u00e9liore naturellement la relation marque-human en lui proposant des services\/produits adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 sa personne, \u00e0 ses comportements, etc etc&#8230;&nbsp;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re du marketing ultra-personnalis\u00e9, l&rsquo;IA dans le marketing va donc devenir incontournable.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 des solutions \u00e0 base d\u2019IA dans votre service ? Si oui lesquelles ? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 l&rsquo;IA chez de nombreux clients. Aussi bien pour automatiser la relation client (Chatbots) que dans la collecte et l&rsquo;analyse de donn\u00e9es mais aussi comme je le disais pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pour ensuite affiner \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;intimit\u00e9 client\u00a0\u00bb en s&rsquo;adaptant aux comportements de ces derniers.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quels objectifs ? Quels b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en attendez-vous ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dans le premier cas, une meilleure optimisation du service client (qui contrairement \u00e0 un chatbot ne peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9 ET efficace 24\/24 dans le domaine dans lequel je travaillais alors) et dans le deuxi\u00e8me cas un ROI financier direct. Le m\u00e9tier, le domaine, l&rsquo;existant, le positionnement&#8230; bref. Pour moi il est impossible de r\u00e9pondre de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 cette question. Il faut se poser&#8230; et surtout se poser les bonnes questions, car commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une solution bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;IA devient vite co\u00fbteux, chronophage.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Quels sont les outils \u00e0 base d\u2019IA qui sont le plus efficaces\/rentables dans votre service (chabot, IoT, analyse de texte \u2026) et pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L\u00e0 encore&#8230; efficace en regard de quoi ? Parfois ce que l&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0efficience\u00a0\u00bb est par exemple plus rentable que le ROI pur d&rsquo;une vente de services. Donc un Chatbot peut devenir plus efficace\/rentable qu&rsquo;une analyse ou un traitement de la data clients. Pour moi, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas, le Chatbot \u00e9tait la solution la plus rentable \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le 1er frein au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019IA est la culture d\u2019entreprise. Quel est votre avis sur le sujet ? Avez-vous pu identifier d\u2019autres freins ? Si oui lesquels (co\u00fbts, connaissances technologiques \u2026) ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Oui je suis en phase. La culture d&rsquo;entreprise&#8230; la peur, les biais cognitifs qui rendent parfois le rationnel irrationnel. L&rsquo;IA fait peur car elle donne parfois l&rsquo;impression qu&rsquo;elle va remplacer les humains alors que bien utilis\u00e9e elle va en vrai les augmenter. La culture d&rsquo;entreprise est rarement, de plus, une culture d&rsquo;innovation ou de prise de risques, surtout en France, m\u00eame si cela \u00e9volue ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il faut donc commencer par ouvrir les chakras&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0acculturer\u00a0\u00bb !<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>A votre avis quels seront les principaux impacts de l\u2019IA dans le marketing (vous lib\u00e9rez de t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, am\u00e9liorer le ciblage, cr\u00e9er de nouveaux produits et services \u2026) ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dans le marketing ce sera bien ce que vous citez. Permettre aux Humains de se concentrer l\u00e0 ils ont de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et s&rsquo;occuper de ce qui n&rsquo;en a pas, mais aussi affiner la connaissance clients et automatiser l&rsquo;approche marque-human&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Avez-vous un exemple d\u2019outil IA dont l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite ou au contraire un \u00e9chec dans votre entreprise ? Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les facteurs de cette r\u00e9ussite ou de cet \u00e9chec ? En cas de r\u00e9ussite quels b\u00e9n\u00e9fices concrets en avez-vous tir\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Comme je le disais, le Chatbot dans ma pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s. Il fallait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique humaine&#8230; l\u2019IA pouvait la r\u00e9soudre. Une fois dit cela, \u00e7a m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 les bonnes raisons d&rsquo;amener le sujet, et j&rsquo;ai pu le faire en acculturant, donc cela s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9&#8230; on a fait les choses dans le bon ordre. Pour ne pas accentuer les peurs, justement&#8230; Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices concrets \u00e9taient une meilleure prise en charge des probl\u00e8mes de nos clients, donc une meilleure satisfaction
