{"id":7854,"date":"2019-10-22T13:57:04","date_gmt":"2019-10-22T11:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/golem.ai\/blog\/interview-philippe-lebeaupin-ia-relation-client\/"},"modified":"2023-03-06T16:42:08","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T15:42:08","slug":"interview-philippe-lebeaupin-ia-relation-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miralia.ai\/fr\/blog\/relation-client\/interview-philippe-lebeaupin-ia-relation-client","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019IA, Intelligence Augment\u00e9e au service des Humains interview de Philippe Lebeaupin"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 dir=\"ltr\">\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de la sortie du livre blanc de Golem.ai suite \u00e0 notre \u00e9tude \u00ab IA &amp; Relation Client dans la Banque et l\u2019Assurance\u00bb, nos \u00e9quipes ont interview\u00e9 des professionnels de ces secteurs pour recueillir leur exp\u00e9rience et leur vision de l\u2019IA dans leur m\u00e9tier et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement dans la relation client.<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image-centre\" style=\"height: 267px; width: 200px;\" src=\"https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/blog\/default\/0001\/01\/6493d25d3c618528a8905a89fc709e1c751e8b99.jpeg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aujourd\u2019hui, rencontre avec avec Philippe Lebeaupin, Responsable Conseil Organisation dans le d\u00e9partement Organisation Performance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maaf.fr\/fr\/assurance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">Maaf<\/span><\/a>.<br \/>\nRetrouvez Philippe sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/philippe-lebeaupin-022b503b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">son compte <\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/philippe-lebeaupin-022b503b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">Linkedin<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">&nbsp;<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019enqu\u00eate, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les objectifs pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s de l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019IA par les professionnels de la banque et assurance \u00e9tait de :<br \/>\n&#8211; Faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services, et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le taux de clients satisfaits (91%)<\/p>\n<p>A contrario, les objectifs qui suscitaient le moins d\u2019adh\u00e9sion avec le plus fort taux de r\u00e9pondants en d\u00e9saccord sont :<br \/>\n&#8211; Am\u00e9liorer la confiance dans les services banque\/assurance (35 %)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fid\u00e9liser les clients (28 %)<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>\u00c0 votre avis, pourquoi les solutions d\u2019IA ne sont pas per\u00e7ues comme des facteurs d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la confiance et de la fid\u00e9lisation des clients ? Expliquez-vous cela par l\u2019importance du contact humain dans les secteurs banque\/assurance ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tout d\u2018abord, je ne partage pas cette perception \ud83d\ude09 je pense que <strong>l\u2019IA peut am\u00e9liorer la confiance dans le service, selon comment elle va \u00eatre impl\u00e9ment\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi autant de personnes pensent que \u00e7a ne peut PAS am\u00e9liorer la confiance avec les clients ? C\u2019est probablement parce que <strong>l\u2019IA est per\u00e7ue comme de l\u2019intelligence \u00e0 la place de l\u2019\u00eatre Humain<\/strong>, et qu\u2019une des peurs est que le client ait l\u2019impression de parler \u00e0 un ROBOT\u2026 et que \u00e7a <strong>pourrait \u00eatre un frein \u00e0 tisser une relation de confiance<\/strong> !<br \/>\nJe pense donc que c\u2019est exacerb\u00e9 dans la banque assurance ou la piste de diff\u00e9renciation semble \u00eatre de tisser des relations de confiance entre les conseillers ET le client.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/ressources\/\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12234 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/26173514\/Contenus.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/26173514\/Contenus-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/26173514\/Contenus-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/26173514\/Contenus-18x10.png 18w, https:\/\/golem-ai-website-wordpress-prod.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/26173514\/Contenus.png 960w\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Dans l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, nous avons observ\u00e9 que les solutions d&rsquo;automatisation, comme l&rsquo;analyse de documents ou la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de r\u00e9ponses, restent plus rentables que des solutions qui proposent des services personnalis\u00e9s par l&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es. Comment expliquer cela ? (Gain de temps, confiance, s\u00e9curisation des donn\u00e9es utilisateurs\u2026).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le contexte c\u2019est que dans l\u2019assurance <strong>la question des investissements sur l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un probl\u00e8me<\/strong> (je me suis occup\u00e9 de l\u2019informatique d\u00e9cisionnelle pendant 5 ans&#8230;).&nbsp;La nouvelle Chief Data Officer a par exemple beaucoup de mal \u00e0 entra\u00eener les directions sur des strat\u00e9gies de la DATA (comment expliquer le ROI ? Ou d\u00e9mystifier les investissements \u00e0 faire&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Donc <strong>l\u2019IA qui pourrait \u00eatre un outil de plus aidant \u00e0 analyser des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> pour segmenter <strong>se confronte aux m\u00eames difficult\u00e9s<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDe plus pousser des services pour des clients d\u00e9marre juste dans l\u2019entreprise (Plateforme de service Covea par exemple)\u2026 et <strong>la personnalisation de ces services \u00e0 des segments clients n\u2019est pas du tout mature<\/strong>\u2026 Donc \u00e0 mon avis <strong>la difficult\u00e9 vient de cr\u00e9er de la personnalisation des services dans l\u2019entreprise\u2026 Plus que de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019IA \u00e0 en pousser&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Pensez-vous que l\u2019IA risque de d\u00e9shumaniser les rapports avec la client\u00e8le ? Ou au contraire, permettre d\u2019investir plus de temps \u00e0 dialoguer avec les clients et mieux les conna\u00eetre ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00c7a va d\u00e9pendre de comment on utilise l\u2019IA\u2026 Mais je pense qu\u2019<strong>il y a une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s humanisante de l\u2019utiliser<\/strong>&#8230; et je pense qu\u2019<strong>on peut accompagner de nombreux collaborateurs dans la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9livrer leur service<\/strong>\u2026 sans laisser penser au client qu\u2019une machine a fait une partie de l\u2019analyse\/de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7a existe par exemple depuis longtemps dans le traitement des d\u00e9comptes sant\u00e9<\/strong> : le client voit qu\u2019on lui r\u00e8gle ses prestations (et pourtant c\u2019est automatis\u00e9 de bout en bout)&#8230; ET il peut avoir une explication de la part d\u2019un conseiller humain s\u2019il en a besoin.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>De nouvelles technologies apparaissent modifiant les usages des consommateurs, comme la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es souhait\u00e9e, la l\u00e9gislation RGPD, la concurrence des n\u00e9o-banques et assurances proposant des services d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s\u2026 D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s vous, les banques et assurances sont-elles pr\u00eates \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces nouvelles exigences en int\u00e9grant des IA rapidement ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Oui, je pense que <strong>l\u2019assurance est \u00ab au taquet \u00bb sur tout le r\u00e9glementaire et la protection des donn\u00e9es depuis longtemps\u2026 le RGPD \u00e7a n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9volution<\/strong>, mais une \u00e9volution dans ce domaine-l\u00e0 (contrairement aux acteurs de type GAFAM\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les processus projets et la mise en <strong>conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire fait l\u2019objet des nombreux projets chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDonc faire de l\u2019IA en respectant ces exigences ne me semble pas compliqu\u00e9\u2026 sous r\u00e9serve que l\u2019<strong>on ne cherche pas \u00e0 faire les apprentis sorciers avec des donn\u00e9es nominatives venant de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #8f3b44;\"><strong>Si vous deviez choisir une seule solution d&rsquo;IA \u00e0 impl\u00e9menter en priorit\u00e9, laquelle serait-elle et pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Je ne suis pas tr\u00e8s bien plac\u00e9, car ce n\u2019est pas mon m\u00e9tier. Mais :<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>J\u2019ai vu la complexit\u00e9 du deep learning qui a capot\u00e9 plusieurs fois apr\u00e8s essais (Deep learning qui <strong>n\u00e9cessitait des milliers de conversations clients\/conseillers&#8230; KO<\/strong> car il y a des r\u00e9glementations sur l\u2019enregistrement de ce type de conversation), Deep learning sur des factures artisans&#8230; <strong>KO&nbsp;car pas assez de volumes<\/strong> (trop de cas morcel\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le Deep&nbsp;learning est en cours de test sur de la photo et l\u00e0 \u00e7a me semble plus int\u00e9ressant, car nous n\u2019avons pas d\u2019autres solutions \u00e0 ce jour\u2026<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>De <strong>l\u2019IA Symbolique me semble plus adapt\u00e9e pour traiter nos DATAS<\/strong> (pas de photo) qui sont du texte, des chiffres stock\u00e9s dans nos bases de donn\u00e9es (en fran\u00e7ais) :&nbsp;ce serait <strong>une meilleure mani\u00e8re de mieux exploiter nos DATA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez comment notre intelligence artificielle permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/solutions\/relation-client\/\">relation client<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;des entreprises.
