L\u2019occasion pour beaucoup de start-up d\u2019apprendre de ce qu\u2019il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9voir les challenges de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous pr\u00eater \u00e0 cet exercice. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.odoxa.fr\/sondage\/francais-teletravail-accroit-pratiques-addictives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">Odoxa<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">, les Fran\u00e7ais en sont convaincus : <strong>le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail va se p\u00e9renniser<\/strong> (83%) et ce changement n\u00e9cessite l\u2019<strong>accompagnement des entreprises<\/strong> (85%).&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Ce dernier point a \u00e9t\u00e9 crucial pour une startup tech comme la n\u00f4tre. Pouvoir travailler en \u00e9quipe \u00e0 distance, conserver du lien avec nos clients, prospecter de nouveaux contrats, d\u00e9velopper nos solutions autour de notre intelligence artificielle\u2026 C\u2019est facile les uns \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres mais pour se coordonner derri\u00e8re nos \u00e9crans, pas simple.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Paradoxalement, nous avons fait en sorte d\u2019avoir <strong>des calls plus courts<\/strong>, mais plus r\u00e9guliers. L\u2019avantage c\u2019est qu\u2019on est plus efficace sur nos t\u00e2ches respectives, et que l\u2019on conserve du temps pour \u00e9changer et faire le point sur nos missions. S\u2019adapter, bien que nous n\u2019ayons souvent pas le choix, c\u2019est une force et l\u2019occasion de <strong>mettre \u00e0 jour sa strat\u00e9gie<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Nous avons combin\u00e9 ces deux id\u00e9es afin de cr\u00e9er deux nouvelles solutions, la gestion des <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/solutions\/gestion-appels-offres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">appels d\u2019offres<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"> et la gestion des <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/solutions\/gestion-rapports-expertises-medicales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #e27e5a;\">rapports d\u2019expertises m\u00e9dicales<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">, pour proposer une offre au plus proches des attentes m\u00e9tiers du moment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">C\u2019est lors du lancement de ces solutions, que nous avons vu l\u2019importance d\u2019\u00e9tablir <strong>des process fluides<\/strong>, m\u00eame pour une startup, et d\u2019anticiper des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels tels que la future charge de travail ou la structuration du besoin client. C\u2019est le meilleur moyen d\u2019unir toutes les \u00e9quipes, sales communication et tech, sur une strat\u00e9gie commune. La preuve, en 3 mois tout \u00e9tait pr\u00eat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Communiquez malgr\u00e9 tout !<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Plus de salons, de conf\u00e9rences ou de tables rondes en physique. Nous devons faire sans pour le moment.
