simples mais pour beaucoup d\u2019institutions bancaires elles restent des zones grises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pourquoi ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce qu\u2019elles ne correspondent pas aux termes exacts utilis\u00e9s dans les processus internes : opposition, annulation de virement, r\u00e9initialisation d\u2019acc\u00e8s, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le langage bancaire, un code que tout le monde ne ma\u00eetrise pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits et services financiers sont complexes.<br>Entre les termes r\u00e9glementaires les jargons techniques et les sigles internes le langage bancaire est souvent loin du vocabulaire quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour beaucoup de clients, notamment les plus jeunes, les publics fragiles ou ceux dont le fran\u00e7ais n\u2019est pas la langue maternelle ce d\u00e9calage linguistique devient une barri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un client ne dira pas toujours \u201cje \u201cfaire opposition\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapter la compr\u00e9hension \u00e0 des niveaux de vocabulaire variables, sans perdre en pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiter de fa\u00e7on fiable les messages multilingues ou imparfaits, fr\u00e9quents dans les banques \u00e0 client\u00e8le internationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, l\u2019IA ne se contente pas de reconna\u00eetre un mot : elle interpr\u00e8te le sens.<br>Et cette compr\u00e9hension permet d\u2019assurer un traitement plus juste des flux entrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la simplicit\u00e9 linguistique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un client se sent compris m\u00eame s\u2019il ne ma\u00eetrise pas le langage \u201cbancaire\u201d la relation
