Ce constat met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;importance croissante de l&rsquo;IA en tant que technologie disruptive capable d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les processus de gestion des r\u00e9clamations, en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant les \u00e9valuations, en augmentant la pr\u00e9cision des d\u00e9cisions, et en optimisant l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client. Bien entendu, l\u2019assurance est un exemple, mais ce sujet est au coeur des pr\u00e9occupations de nombreuses entreprises.
