La relation client est aujourd\u2019hui un enjeu strat\u00e9gique pour les entreprises qui se digitalisent, modifiant ainsi les interactions avec le client et les m\u00e9tiers qui la portent. Selon une enqu\u00eate* men\u00e9e par Axys en 2020, pour 92,5% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du service client est une priorit\u00e9. Mais alors, comment l\u2019IA transforme les m\u00e9tiers de la relation client ? Quels sont les diff\u00e9rents b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et les changements li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de cette technologie ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-conseillers-clients-augmentes\"><strong>Les conseillers clients augment\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et le mail repr\u00e9sentent les canaux de contact privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s entre les clients et les entreprises. Par ailleurs, le d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e9<\/strong> d\u00e9cuple les attentes des clients, qui sont plus <strong>exigeants<\/strong> au niveau de la <strong>qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, de la <strong>rapidit\u00e9<\/strong> et de la <strong>personnalisation<\/strong> des r\u00e9ponses qu\u2019on leur apporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces challenges, l\u2019IA fait office d&rsquo;assistant virtuel automatis\u00e9 pour le conseiller client. <a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/ia-automatisation-relation-client\/\"><strong>L\u2019automatisation du traitement des demandes<\/strong><\/a> et la proposition d\u2019un brouillon de <strong>r\u00e9ponse personnalisable<\/strong> permettent de soulager le conseiller d\u2019une partie des demandes chronophages et r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. Ces reportings vont permettre d\u2019assister le manager dans ses missions de <strong>management<\/strong> et d\u2019<strong>\u00e9valuation<\/strong> des collaborateurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord, l\u2019automatisation des reportings permet de mieux comprendre l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, les besoins des collaborateurs et donc de faire preuve d\u2019<strong>adaptabilit\u00e9<\/strong>.
