Un atout dans le secteur de la <strong>relation client<\/strong> qui n\u00e9cessite de la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et de la disponibilit\u00e9 instantan\u00e9e pour les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant il s\u2019agit surtout d\u2019analyser de nombreux <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/entreprise\/webinar-replay-manutan-relation-client\/\">messages entrants<\/a><\/strong> issus de plusieurs canaux comme les emails. L\u2019intelligence artificielle vient une nouvelle fois simplifier ce travail, afin de d\u00e9tecter les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/relation-client-emails-tickets\/\">intentions<\/a><\/strong>, m\u00eame multiples, de <strong>cat\u00e9goriser les demandes<\/strong>, voire m\u00eame de r\u00e9pondre<strong> automatiquement<\/strong> aux requ\u00eates les plus simples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l\u2019IA permet d\u2019analyser les tendances globales qui ressortent des interactions avec les clients. Par exemple, si le mot \u201cretard\u201d appara\u00eet r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, une alerte sera d\u00e9clench\u00e9e, afin de r\u00e9agir en cons\u00e9quence. Ce \u201cSentiment Analysis\u201d permet de contextualiser une demande et d\u2019en extraire le sens pr\u00e9cis selon les mots utilis\u00e9s. C\u2019est cette contextualisation qui permet la personnalisation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client. Le CXO est alors en pleine mesure d\u2019affiner sa compr\u00e9hension du client, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa <strong>satisfaction<\/strong> et gagne un temps pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des indicateurs cl\u00e9s d\u00e9multipli\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intelligence artificielle revoit en grande partie la feuille de route de l\u2019analyse de la performance des CXO, car certains indicateurs se voient d\u00e9cupl\u00e9s dans leurs r\u00e9sultats. En effet l\u2019IA permet l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du <strong>NPS<\/strong> (Net Promoter Score) au travers de l\u2019automatisation du traitement des messages entrants (mails, m\u00e9dias sociaux, messageries instantan\u00e9es voire conversation t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>CSAT<\/strong>, ou customer satisfaction, indicateur utilis\u00e9 par la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des CXO, se voit booster pour plusieurs raisons. La premi\u00e8re, c\u2019est que l\u2019IA offre la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re automatique aux requ\u00eates simples (emails, sms\u2026). Un moyen de traiter (ou d\u00e9tecter) rapidement des insatisfactions par exemple. La seconde, c\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e aux collaborateurs de personnaliser leurs r\u00e9ponses, en ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/entreprise\/interview-bsmart-ia-symbolique\/\">analyse<\/a><\/strong> de l\u2019ensemble des conversations et\/ou des documents du clients avec lequel ils \u00e9changent.
