entrants montrent imm\u00e9diatement o\u00f9 se situent les frictions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un volume important de messages n\u2019est pas un signe de dynamisme.<br>C\u2019est souvent le signe qu\u2019un parcours n\u2019est pas clair, qu\u2019une information manque, ou qu\u2019un client ne sait pas o\u00f9 chercher une r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flux entrants mettent en lumi\u00e8re :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des questions r\u00e9currentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des demandes redondantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des messages qui tournent autour du m\u00eame point<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des incompr\u00e9hensions contractuelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des \u00e9tapes mal comprises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrement dit, plus un client doit \u00e9crire, plus quelque document\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026cela indique que le client ne sait pas comment avancer.<br>Il ne lui manque pas de la technologie : il lui manque de la lisibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019organisation interne appara\u00eet imm\u00e9diatement dans la bo\u00eete mail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La maturit\u00e9 digitale ne d\u00e9pend pas que d\u2019outils :<br>Elle d\u00e9pend aussi de clart\u00e9 interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flux entrants r\u00e9v\u00e8lent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>si les demandes sont bien orient\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si certaines \u00e9quipes re\u00e7oivent tout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si l\u2019organisation est lisible pour le client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si les r\u00f4les m\u00e9tiers sont bien identifi\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un cabinet re\u00e7oit un volume important de messages hors p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, ce n\u2019est pas le client qui est d\u00e9sorganis\u00e9 : c\u2019est le cabinet lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un cabinet mature ma\u00eetrise la segmentation de ses flux<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La digitalisation produit un effet direct :<br>Elle s\u00e9pare ce qui doit \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 rapidement, ce qui peut attendre et ce qui rel\u00e8ve d\u2019un autre parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cette segmentation est contestation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une demande d\u2019information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flux entrants montrent si le cabinet sait organiser l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne.<br>Et cette capacit\u00e9 est un crit\u00e8re cl\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019apport de l\u2019IA neuro-symbolique : structurer ce qui ne l\u2019est pas un bruit op\u00e9rationnel :<br>Ils sont un indicateur strat\u00e9gique, souvent le plus fiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et la neuro-symbolique est aujourd\u2019hui ce qui permet de les comprendre avec la
