Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que l\u2019IA neuro-symbolique change la donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre c\u2019est \u00e9couter vraiment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fid\u00e9liser, ce n\u2019est pas multiplier les points de contact.
