Many companies already use it to track their message flow. To illustrate our point, here are some use cases.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optimized resource allocation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cMessage Categories\u201d module allows you to simply view the categories of messages analyzed by InboxCare over a given period. In the example below, our client observed that the number of \u201cQuote\u201d categorized messages was twice as large as the number of \u201cOrder\u201d categorized messages over the same period.
