Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur a offert un aper\u00e7u des derni\u00e8res tendances et innovations en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie client, avec un accent particulier sur les solutions facilitant le travail des collaborateurs, en respectant une approche \u00e9thique et durable des outils int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous retrouvions \u00e9galement des entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les outils CRM, souhaitant des connexions techniques simplifi\u00e9es avec notamment des outils de monitoring. Bien entendu nous retrouvions aussi des call centers qui font face \u00e0 une puissante mont\u00e9e d\u2019exigences, n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019automatisation de r\u00e9ponses instantan\u00e9es sur certaines demandes, mais aussi un besoin de r\u00e9humaniser les \u00e9changes. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ce salon a mis en lumi\u00e8re plusieurs tendances cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;importance croissante<\/strong> de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client personnalis\u00e9e et contextualis\u00e9e, permettant de cr\u00e9er des interactions plus pertinentes et engageantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution des canaux de communication<\/strong>, avec une adoption accrue des chatbots et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour interagir avec les clients qui exigent une r\u00e9ponse instantan\u00e9e et sans contrainte de temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La mont\u00e9e en puissance de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/strong> et de l&rsquo;automatisation pour faciliter le traitement des demandes et am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes en charge de la relation client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une attention accrue port\u00e9e <strong>\u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>, en r\u00e9ponse aux pr\u00e9occupations croissantes des clients et aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais une innovation vient bouleverser les investissements technologiques notamment en IA, l&rsquo;essor de <a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/blog\/technologie\/chatgpt-utilisations-limites\">ChatGPT<\/a> et plus largement des intelligences artificielles dites \u201cg\u00e9n\u00e9ratives\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;essor des IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les nombreux intervenants pr\u00e9sents au salon, Killian Vermersch, CEO de Golem.ai, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;agora intitul\u00e9e <strong><em>\u00ab IA analytique, IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative : \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la r\u00e9volution par l\u2019IA, quels sont les cas d\u2019usage concrets dans la relation client ?<\/em><\/strong><strong> \u00bb<\/strong>. Les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives permettent de cr\u00e9er du contenu personnalis\u00e9, comme ChatGPT ou Midjourney, tandis que les IA analytiques extraient des informations utiles \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es comme <a href=\"https:\/\/golem.ai\/fr\/produits\/inboxcare\">InboxCare<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a notamment soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de combiner ces deux approches de l\u2019IA pour am\u00e9liorer la relation client, en cr\u00e9ant des interactions engageantes et en optimisant les strat\u00e9gies de communication.
